Her Story…

My journey of transformation began at age 25 when a severe auto-immune diagnosis became a spiritual awakening. Through deep inner work, yoga, and meditation, I discovered the powerful connection between soul alignment and healing, transforming my health within a year.

This awakening sparked almost two decades of global exploration, immersing myself in diverse spiritual traditions and cultures and living in Costa Rica, Bali, and Peru. My path has woven together ancient wisdom, modern healing modalities, and transformational practices – all while maintaining an open heart and curious mind about the infinite possibilities of humanKIND.

Today, I guide soulpreneurs to align with their soul's purpose and create purposeful prosperity, combining your extensive spiritual wisdom with practical business alchemy. My unique approach weaves together elemental wisdom, energetic principles, Gene Keys, and conscious business practices to help others build businesses that serve both their highest calling and the collective healing of our planet.

From Burnout to Bountiful…

My path to purposeful prosperity wasn't without its challenges. After owning and running a busy yoga studio in Brisbane, teaching 20+ classes weekly while managing all aspects of the business, I experienced major burnout that led to hospitalisation. This breaking point became my biggest breakthrough moment – revealing that even work we're passionate about can lead to misalignment when not structured in harmony with our true nature.

It was through my deep dive into Chinese Medicine and Soul Purpose work through the Gene Keys that I discovered the missing pieces. These ancient wisdom traditions combined with modern purpose work led to unprecedented vitality, deep inner peace, and true alignment with my life's work.

When I invested in my business everything changed…

Investing in business coaching transformed my journey as a conscious entrepreneur. I realised that staying true to my values didn’t mean doing everything myself. By embracing systems, structure, and having guidance and accountability, I aligned my work with my purpose. This massive shift honored my creative work while bringing more ease, freedom, and flow into my business. It allowed me to create sustainable prosperity and focus on meaningful impact and the heart of my mission.
